Job Description
Coordinate and oversee end-to-end decorative and industrial painting operations for high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects. Serve as the primary liaison between client site representatives, project managers, and execution teams. Manage color matching/formulation, surface preparation standards, material requisitions, site quality control, and adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in paint project coordination, site supervision, or technical paint management within interior fit-out or construction projects.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of paint types (decorative, epoxy, wood finishes, protective coatings), custom color formulation/tinting, and surface preparation techniques.
Project Management: Proficient in project scheduling, site progress monitoring, material estimation, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).
Communication & Software: Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), with proficiency in MS Office and reading technical site plans/specifications.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, site problem-solving, high attention to detail, and team coordination skills.
