Zaramiz Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and generating HR & Manpower enquiries from PMC, EPC, and other major clients across Saudi Arabia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with PMC & EPC companies
• Generate qualified inquiries for HR, manpower, recruitment, staffing, and consultancy services.
• Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment, operations, and management teams to ensure successful service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Business Development experience
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business and project market.
• Established client network with PMC and EPC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
