About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Campaign Specialist / Marketing Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Saudi market and proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
Manage social media, digital advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and external partners.
Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, and ROI.
Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Support brand positioning, promotional activities, events, and new launches.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spend.
Create and coordinate marketing content, promotional materials, and communications.
Ensure all campaigns maintain consistent brand standards and messaging.
Stay updated on Saudi consumer trends, digital platforms, and marketing practices.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of relevant marketing/campaign experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Experience in campaign management, digital marketing, social media, and brand marketing.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market and local consumer behavior.
Experience working with digital advertising platforms and marketing analytics.
Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Arabic language is an advantage.
Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, lifestyle, or related industries is preferred.
