Requirements & Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve labor-related issues and worker concerns.
Answer labor-related calls 24/7 and respond to urgent issues without excuses.
Coordinate with workers, supervisors, and clients.
Manage worker deployment and mobilization.
Deliver and collect documents as required.
Convince and communicate effectively with workers to resolve issues.
Must be a strong problem solver with high patience and good interpersonal skills.
Handle day-to-day workforce operational tasks.
Must be willing to drive company vehicles when required.
Must have a valid 4-wheeler driving license from the home country.
KSA driving license will be an added advantage.
