What I bring:
HVAC: Site monitoring of AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, and piping, plus TAB/T&C follow-up through to handover.
Firefighting: Supervision of installation sprinklers, hydrants, and wet risers, and witnessing of pressure and acceptance tests per NFPA and Civil Defense.
Plumbing: Installation monitoring of water supply, drainage system and witnessing of pressure tests, Gravity test flushing, and disinfection.
QA/QC documentation: Preparing MAR, MIR, ITP, MOS, and NCR to keep work compliant and approved.
Coordination: Working with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve site issues early.
Reporting and handover: Progress reports, as-built drawings, and final documentation.
