Taqat Al Tanmiya is an ISO-certified Saudi contracting and development company delivering construction, facilities management, maintenance, and trading solutions to government, education, commercial, and private-sector clients across the Kingdom. As we expand our footprint in Riyadh and the Western Region, we are looking for driven, well-connected Sales & Business Development professionals to grow our portfolio.
**Business streams you will support**
- General contracting, fit-out, and civil/MEP, Infrastructure works
- Facilities management: cleaning, soft & hard services, PPM, and maintenance contracts
- Trading and supply of construction materials, equipment, and consumables
- Development projects and new business verticals aligned with Vision 2030
**Key responsibilities**
- Identify and win new clients, tenders, and framework contracts in the assigned region
- Build relationships with government entities, schools, malls, developers, main contractors, and corporate clients
- Register the company on client vendor lists and procurement portals (Etimad, Aramco, ROSHN, NEOM supply chains, etc.)
- Coordinate with estimation and operations teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract renewals; meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects; maintain the CRM pipeline
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3–8 years of B2B sales / business development experience in Saudi Arabia, in contracting, FM, or trading
- Strong existing network of clients and decision-makers in Riyadh, Jeddah, or the Western Province
- Proven track record of winning tenders and closing contracts
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Candidates currently in KSA preferred
