Key requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or a related engineering field
5-8+ years' experience in cost estimation or tendering for telecom/ICT projects (fiber, passive and active networks, structured cabling, data center, CCTV/security systems)
Skilled in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and pricing from vendor and subcontractor quotations
Strong with Excel and costing tools; familiarity with Primavera or MS Project is a plus
Knowledge of Saudi market pricing, import duties, VAT and local content requirements (preferred)
Able to read technical drawings and specifications
Good English; Arabic is an advantage
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for tenders and proposals
Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes
Build budgets covering materials, labor, equipment, logistics and contingency
Support margin analysis, bid/no-bid decisions and value engineering
Track actual costs against estimates and feed lessons into future bids
Coordinate with the Project Manager, procurement and technical teams
