We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager & Business Partner to join our growing social media company in Bahrain.
The ideal candidate will take an active role in managing the day-to-day operations, developing the business, and helping expand our client base and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company’s daily operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Coordinate social media projects, campaigns, and team activities.
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Manage project timelines, client requirements, and deliverables.
- Help develop business strategies and improve company performance.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers, and other team members.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the social media and digital marketing industry.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the company.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media, digital marketing, business development, or operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage clients and multiple projects.
- Business-minded and highly motivated.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Previous management or entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
