Key responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell construction products, materials, and related solutions.
- Visit project sites, contractors, consultants, and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Previous experience in construction sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and building materials.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preparing quotations.
- Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
- Candidates currently residing in Bahrain are preferred.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
