Scope of Work:
• Internal wall painting – approx. 6,229 m²
• 20 mm sand-cement plaster + painting – approx. 1,700 m²
• Total wall area – approx. 7,929 m²
• Basement + Levels 2–7
• Surface preparation, making good, primer/sealer, filler as required and minimum 2 finish coats
• Mock-ups, touch-ups, snagging and final cleaning as required
• Materials/system to comply with the project/Saudi Aramco specification and approval requirements
Subcontractor Requirements:
• Proven experience in large commercial/EPC projects
• Experience with Saudi Aramco or Aramco-standard projects preferred
• Skilled painting and plastering workforce available
• Ability to provide competitive all-inclusive rates per m²
• Company/CR and relevant documentation available
• Must be able to provide material/product data for approval
