Al Mannai Gym in Nuwaidrat is looking for a friendly, organised person to run our front desk and sell memberships.
What you will do
- Welcome members and visitors, and check them in at the front desk
- Show new visitors around the gym and explain our membership plans
- Sell and renew memberships, and take payments by cash, card and Benefit
- Register new members and keep their records up to date in our gym system
- Answer calls and WhatsApp messages, and follow up on every enquiry
- Keep the reception area clean and welcoming
What we are looking for
- Experience in reception, customer service or sales (gym or fitness experience is a plus)
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable using a computer and a smartphone
- Friendly, presentable and confident with people
- Honest and careful with cash and records
- Able to work shifts
