Direct corporate priorities into measurable engineering milestones, prototype testing phases, and metallurgy research cycles.
Advise the C-suite and Board of Directors on the technical viability, risk parameters, material scarcity risks, and Capex requirements of complex, high-value project investments.
Collaborate directly with the Chief Executive Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to sync engineering resources, tooling investments, and multi-year manufacturing scaling with company business plans.
Serve as the ultimate authority on advanced alloy selections, specialized heat-treating processes (quenching and tempering Heavy metal sheets) and multi-layered composite integration.
Root cause Determination by Leading the forensic engineering and technical remediation of structural failures, weld fracturing under stress.
Partner with the Production Director to program and optimize heavy industrial manufacturing equipment, including heavy blast presses, plasma arc cutters, and multi-axis CNC machining centers
Structural Detailing Oversight: Approve all high-integrity connection details, specialized robotic welding procedures (WPS), and geometric designs.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Metallurgical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 12–15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience within a heavy metal fabrication preffered.
