Position: Senior Supervisor Technician
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in Elevator & Escalator industry
Location: Saudi Arabia
Employment: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead elevator and escalator technicians.
• Handle installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair works.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Handle major breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
• Inspect elevators, escalators, safety devices, doors, motors, controllers, drives, brakes, and related components.
• Read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Coordinate daily work activities and manpower allocation.
• Monitor work quality, safety procedures, and project progress.
• Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with clients, site management, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Train and guide junior technicians.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to approved procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant elevator and escalator experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Good knowledge of elevator controllers, VFD/drives, door systems, safety circuits, motors, brakes, and escalator systems.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and modernization is preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a technical team.
• Diploma/technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Saudi driving license is must.
• Valid Iqama and its transferable.
