Labour Camp Boss / Assistant Camp Boss - Immidiate Joiner

I am writing to apply for the position of Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor. At the age of 47, I am not simply looking for another job — I am looking for an opportunity to prove myself, build a strong career in camp operations, and become one of the best and most dependable Camp Bosses in the UAE.
I bring 24 years of overall professional experience, 7 years of UAE experience, and 4 years of hands-on Camp Boss experience in India. In my previous Camp Boss role at Natarajan Manufactures, I was responsible for the complete camp operations of approximately 1,500 contracting workers. This gave me practical experience in handling a large and diverse workforce and dealing with the daily challenges that come with labour accommodation.
My responsibilities included camp administration, room allocation and occupancy control, employee records, labour welfare, catering, stores and stock control, maintenance coordination, housekeeping, security, transportation, contractor coordination, inspections, HSE requirements, discipline, employee movements, labour disputes, and reporting to HR/Management/Operations.
I understand that a Camp Boss is not simply someone who sits in an office and maintains records. A good Camp Boss must be available when the workers need him, must identify problems before they become serious, maintain discipline without creating unnecessary conflict, coordinate with different departments, and ensure that the camp remains safe, clean, organised and properly controlled.
I also understand the reality of camp life. My life is ready to wake up at 4:00 AM and continue for 24 hours when the situation demands it. I am prepared to stay in company accommodation and take responsibility for camp operations, including early mornings, weekends, emergencies and unexpected situations.
Although I do not yet have UAE Camp Boss experience, I strongly believe that camp management principles are universal. My previous experience managing 1,500 workers, combined with my UAE work experience and understanding of the UAE working environment, gives me the confidence to learn your company's procedures quickly and perform effectively.
My friends and former colleagues working with companies such as Azizi and Marwan have also encouraged me and told me that I have the energy, discipline and ability to work successfully in the UAE environment.
Regarding salary, AED 2,500 is my expected salary, but salary is not my main objective. My priority is to secure the right opportunity where I can contribute, prove my capability and grow with the organisation. I am flexible and willing to discuss the package according to the company's requirements.
I am currently an immediate joiner. My previous UAE employment visa has been cancelled, and my current grace period ends on 20 October 2026. If required, I am prepared to arrange a visit visa and remain available until I secure the right Camp Boss opportunity.
I sincerely request you to give me one opportunity to prove myself. I may not have the title of UAE Camp Boss on my CV yet, but I have the experience, maturity, discipline, communication skills and determination required to take responsibility for a large camp.
At 47, I believe my best professional chapter is still ahead of me. My ambition is simple: to become a Camp Boss whom management can trust, workers can approach, and the company can depend on every single day.
Thank you for considering my application
