* Candidates currently working in Bahrain only
* Minimum 5 years of local civil construction experience
* Valid Bahrain driving licence
Main responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise daily civil works at the project site
* Review drawings, AutoCAD files, and shop drawings
* Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and site workers
* Follow up on project activities and ensure work is carried out according to specifications
* Maintain proper safety procedures and comply with risk assessments/method statements
* Communicate with clients and project teams regarding site requirements
* Carry out site inspections and monitor work progress
* Prepare updates and reports on completed and ongoing works
* Ensure workmanship, quality, and productivity meet project requirements
* Understand and follow project drawings and technical specifications
