The company's single wall corrugator range covers applications from smaller wiring conduit and cable protection pipes to larger sheathing pipes. Our SWC models covering pipe sizes from Ø5 mm to Ø160 mm, including models for Nylon-6 and high-speed applications. The machines include components such as extruders, die heads, corrugators, mould sets, control panels, pullers, cutters, coilers, air chillers and related equipment.

Volcano Flexi Tech's corrugated pipe machinery is used for applications including electrical and cable-protection conduits, appliance drain pipes, vacuum cleaner hoses, medical tubing, cable sleeves, AC duct pipes, drip irrigation pipes, biogas media and decorative profiles.

Single Wall Corrugator Machine for Flexible Pipe Applications
The single wall corrugated extrusion line is designed with centralized lubrication, an inbuilt chilled-water cooling channel, air cooling, variable-speed operation and synchronized control of the extrusion and downstream equipment. The SWC plant can be configured with different mould sets and coiler arrangements according to pipe size and production requirements.
