HEMAMCO Company Limited is looking for an experienced Project Cost Control Engineer to join our team.
🔹 Position: Project Cost Control Engineer
🔹 Location: Saudi Arabia
🔹 Industry: Construction / EPC / Infrastructure / Oil & Gas
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor project budget, actual cost, commitments and forecast
• Prepare weekly/monthly cost-control reports
• Track project progress vs. planned budget
• Prepare cost variance analysis and forecasts
• Monitor manpower, equipment, material and subcontractor costs
• Support EAC / ETC and cash-flow forecasting
• Evaluate cost impact of variations and change orders
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Commercial, Finance and Project teams
• Develop Excel-based cost-control reports and dashboards
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / related field
✅ Experience in project cost control / estimation / commercial functions
✅ Strong knowledge of Excel and cost analysis
✅ Knowledge of Primavera P6 / Power BI / ERP systems is an advantage
✅ Construction / EPC / Oil & Gas experience preferred
✅ Good communication and reporting skills
