We are looking for an experienced **Lead – Hard Services (Civil & Infrastructure)** to provide technical leadership and oversee the performance, maintenance, and lifecycle management of key civil infrastructure assets, including **roads, bridges, drainage interfaces, and street lighting systems**.
### Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning and execution of civil infrastructure construction and maintenance works.
• Oversee **roads, bridges, pavement, drainage interfaces, road furniture, and street lighting systems**.
• Manage street lighting installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with **Saudi Highway Design Standards, MOT specifications, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and project requirements**.
• Manage contractors and monitor progress, quality, safety, productivity, claims, variations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and oversee preventive, corrective, reactive, and lifecycle maintenance strategies.
• Conduct site inspections, condition assessments, defect rectification, and asset acceptance activities.
• Ensure accurate **as-built records, testing documentation, asset registers, and handover records**.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports covering progress, risks, quality, contractor performance, commissioning, and handover.
### Candidate Requirements
🎓 **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field or extensive relevant industry experience.
💼 10+*years of related experience** in hard services, facilities management, or asset management.
💻 Proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook**.
🔧 Knowledge of **asset management, maintenance standards, and compliance frameworks**.
👥 Strong leadership, delegation, contractor management, communication, and organizational skills.
🔍 Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability.
### Work Environment
🕗 **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days per week
📍 Site attendance during evenings/weekends may be required.
☀️ The role requires site inspections, including working in hot weather and accessing difficult areas.
