Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fit-Out Engineer to lead and supervise interior fit-out works for high-end hotel and resort projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fit-out activities from shop drawings and material approvals through site execution, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise interior fit-out works for hotels, resorts, and hospitality projects.
Manage site execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and method statements.
Coordinate fit-out works with MEP, architectural, structural, and other disciplines.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
Review quantities and prepare/verify quantity take-offs against BOQ.
Ensure compliance with hotel operator requirements and brand standards.
Coordinate inspections, snagging, rectification, testing, and final handover.
Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out works.
Proven experience in hotels and resorts, including:
Guest rooms
Lobbies
F&B outlets
Spa facilities
Public areas
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
Strong knowledge of hospitality fit-out and luxury-grade finishes.
Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
