We are looking for an experienced and responsible Caregiver Administrator / Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise a team of caregivers
• Assign caregivers to clients based on their experience, skills, and client needs
• Coordinate caregiver schedules, shifts, and replacements
• Follow up with clients and caregivers to ensure quality service
• Handle caregiver attendance, performance, and daily concerns
• Ensure caregivers follow company policies and professional standards
• Respond quickly to client requirements and staffing changes
• Maintain good communication with clients, families, and caregivers
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers
• Prepare and maintain staff and client records
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in caregiver management, healthcare administration, nursing, or a similar supervisory role
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to manage and coordinate multiple caregivers and clients
✅ Problem-solving and decision-making skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent staffing requirements
✅ Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
✅ Leadership skills and a professional attitude
