We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Residential to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of overall construction experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience in residential/building projects.
5+ years in a senior management role such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Operations Manager.
Minimum 5 years of Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
Strong experience with a main contractor / general contractor.
Proven experience managing projects valued at SAR 100M+.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership experience managing Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors.
Strong English communication skills; Arabic is highly preferred.
PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration/eligibility is required.
Commercial & Operational Expertise:
The ideal candidate should have strong commercial awareness and experience in:
Commercial capability is important

• Cost-to-complete / EAC
• Productivity and manpower cost
• Subcontractor performance
• Variations and claims
• Cash-flow implications
• Client payment/certification
• Procurement impact on schedule
• Delay costs and recovery plans
