Department: Wiring Harness – Design, Engineering & NPD
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer – Wiring Harness Design & NPD with strong hands-on experience in wiring harness design, new product development, prototype development, validation, PPAP, APQP, BOMs, engineering changes, and serial production.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Wiring Harness Design/NPD experience
• Experience in automotive, defense, industrial, heavy equipment, or aerospace wiring harnesses preferred
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, ECR/ECN, 4M Change Management
• Experience with wiring harness design tools such as CATIA Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical, Capital Harness, Zuken E3, or equivalent
• Able to independently handle projects from technical RFQ → design → prototype → validation → approval → serial production
• Immediate / early joiners preferred
