Department: Customs Clearance

We are currently looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team and handle customs documentation, declaration, clearance follow-up, and related coordination in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect and review customs clearance documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, COC/PCoC, etc.
2. Prepare customs declaration documents and complete submissions through FASAH / Saber.
3. Follow up on customs duties, VAT payments, and cargo release status.
4. Coordinate customs inspections and provide additional documents when required.
5. Track clearance progress and promptly report any issues or delays.
6. Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, port brokers, and other related parties for D/O and document exchange procedures.
7. Maintain customs clearance records, filing, and reconciliation reports.
8. Handle other customs clearance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in customs clearance or freight forwarding in Saudi Arabia.
- Practical experience in Saudi customs declaration is preferred.
- Fluent Arabic and good working English communication skills.
- Familiar with FASAH, Saber, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Saudi customs clearance procedures and documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, and communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different parties.
- Must hold a valid Saudi Iqama and legal work authorization.
- Port or customs inspection experience is an advantage.
Salary
