🔹 Senior Civil Technical Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate civil/structural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
Prepare and review quantity take-offs, material quantities, and technical calculations.
Prepare material requisitions, enquiry sheets, and procurement-related technical documents.
Cross-check drawings, specifications, BOQs, and site requirements to identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, MEP, PT, Precast, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and Site teams.
Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, RFIs, and consultant comments.
Identify technical issues, clashes, and constructability concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Support site teams with technical clarification and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate revisions and maintain proper technical documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with SBC, project specifications, and applicable international standards.
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
10–15+ years of relevant technical/civil construction experience.
Proven experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel/luxury hospitality projects is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of structural/civil drawings, quantity take-offs, technical coordination, and construction methodologies.
Experience with high-rise concrete structures, PT works, and major structural packages is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering/software tools.
Excellent technical coordination and communication skills.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
