Business Partner Required For Cleaning Company/CR For Rent Required

I am loking for someone who can arrange a CR and add me as investor in the CR i will need investor visa also.He will be the one to arrange the CR and i will be the one to invest in operations of the company.
I am planning to start cleaning services,combined facilities management and events management.

Whatever profit is coming will be divided equally.All the expenses of CR will be from the partner side and all expenses for operations will be from my side
