I am writing to express my interest in the IT Support position. With over 10 years of hands-on technical experience in IT support, networking, fiber optics, FTTx/FTTH, structured cabling, CCTV systems, technical installations, and project documentation, I am eager to contribute my knowledge and skills to your organization.
Throughout my experience, I have worked with fiber optic cabling, cable termination and splicing, structured cabling, CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, network infrastructure, computer hardware, and other technical equipment. I also have practical knowledge of FTTx/FTTH network design standards and practices, including fiber optic network layouts, distribution planning, route mapping, and technical documentation.
In addition, I have hands-on experience using AutoCAD for FTTx/FTTH, data, fiber optic, and fire alarm system design and drafting. My responsibilities have included preparing, updating, and revising technical drawings, network layouts, as-built drawings, and project documentation according to project requirements and technical standards.
My IT and networking knowledge has been further strengthened through professional certifications and training, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) ENCOR, Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Computer Technician classification, Fortinet NSE 1 and NSE 2, and IT Essentials.
I also have experience in document control and technical documentation, including preparing and managing project documents, MOP, DPR, TDS, OTDR test reports, certification reports, handover documents, and as-built documentation. This combination of technical and documentation experience allows me to support both IT operations and project requirements effectively.
I am a motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in developing my career in IT Support and networking. My hands-on experience has strengthened my problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. I am also committed to learning new technologies and continuously improving my technical skills.
