China Railway 18 Bureau is looking for an experienced Rescue Specialist – Tower Crane Installation to join our construction project team.
🔹 Requirements10+ years of relevant professional experience.Proven experience in tower crane installation, dismantling, climbing, and rescue operations
Must have extensive experience in high-rise building projects.Experience in 4- and 5-star hotel projects is required
Strong knowledge of tower crane safety, emergency rescue procedures, and working-at-height requirements
Ability to work effectively in emergency and high-risk situations
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement tower crane emergency rescue and evacuation proceduresConduct rescue operations during tower crane installation, dismantling, climbing, and maintenance
Respond quickly to accidents, equipment failures, worker injuries, and work-at-height emergenciesInspect and maintain rescue equipment and emergency systems
Coordinate with tower crane operators, riggers, lifting teams, HSE personnel, and site management
Conduct rescue drills and emergency response training
Ensure compliance with project HSE procedures, lifting plans, and working-at-height regulations
Assist in identifying potential rescue risks and implementing preventive measuresMaintain proper records of rescue activities, drills, inspections, and emergency incidents
⚠️ IMPORTANTCandidates must have at least 80% high-rise building experience from their total professional experience.
