China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking an experienced Lifting Specialist – Tower Crane Installation to join our construction project team.
🔹 Candidate Requirements10+ years of relevant experience in lifting and tower crane operations.
Extensive experience in tower crane installation, erection, dismantling, climbing, and lifting operations.
Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
Experience in 4- and 5-star hotel projects is mandatory.
Minimum 80% of total professional experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging, heavy lifting, and tower crane safety requirements.
Ability to coordinate lifting activities with construction, engineering, and HSE teams.
Candidates without the required high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel experience will NOT be considered.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and coordinate tower crane installation, erection, climbing, and dismantling activities.
Prepare and review lifting plans, lifting studies, method statements, and risk assessments.
Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, signalmen, engineers, and subcontractors.Inspect lifting equipment, accessories, rigging tools, and tower crane components before operations.
Ensure compliance with lifting regulations, project HSE requirements, and safe working practices.
Supervise critical and heavy lifting operations on high-rise projects.Identify lifting risks and implement appropriate control and mitigation measures.
Coordinate tower crane lifting activities with site construction schedules and other trades.
Conduct toolbox talks and provide technical guidance to lifting teams.
Monitor lifting operations and stop unsafe activities when necessary.
Maintain proper documentation, inspection records, and lifting reports.
