A plastic manufacturing factory located in Askar is looking for an energetic, physically fit, and hardworking Packing Helper to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
-Pack finished plastic goods neatly into bundles and cartons.
-Assist machine operators with daily production and material handling.
-Heavy manual handling required (must have the physical strength to lift, stack, and carry goods).
-Accompany delivery drivers for loading, offloading, and customer deliveries.
-Support general factory upkeep and maintenance tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
-Age: Under 35 years old.
-Physical Fitness: Strong physical stamina and capability for sustained manual labor and heavy lifting.
-Communication: Fluency in Hindi / Tamil preferred for coordination with the existing team.
-Visa Status: Local transfer only (must be currently residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa).
-Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
Work Schedule & Location:
-Location: Askar Industrial Area.
-Work Week: 6 days per week (1 day off).
-Shift Timing: 12-hour shifts (weekly rotation between morning and night shifts).
-Overtime: Separate overtime pay provided for work done on Fridays and official public holidays.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Basic Salary: 100 BHD per month (Strictly Fixed / Non-Negotiable).
-Accommodation: Provided by the company.
-Transportation: Provided by the company.
