Roads and Bridges
- Check site layout and levels
- Supervise earthwork and asphalt works
- Ensure work follows drawings and specifications
Foundations and RCC Structures
- Supervise excavation and footing works
- Check rebar, shuttering and concrete pouring
- Monitor cube samples and curing
Water Pipelines and Infrastructure
- Supervise trench excavation and pipe laying
- Check joints, backfilling and compaction
- Follow up pressure testing and utility coordination
Concrete Works and Masonry
- Check quality of block work and brick work
- Follow mix design and concrete quality requirements
- Record daily progress and measurements
Plaster, Tiling, Gypsum and Finishing
- Execute finishing works as per schedule
- Check level, alignment and surface quality
- Support snagging and final handover
Site Leadership
- Plan manpower and allocate daily tasks
- Coordinate with subcontractors and inspect their work
- Follow QA/QC procedures and raise inspection requests
- Enforce HSE rules, PPE and toolbox talks
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Earlier Experience: HCSL, Descon, NHA and NGO projects.
