About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Residential Architect with a proven track record of designing ultra-luxury residential palaces and mega-mansions. With 10+ years of dedicated experience in the high-end luxury sector, you will lead prestigious, large-scale projects from conceptual design through to final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design and spatial planning of bespoke, large-scale residential palaces.
• Create detailed 3D renderings, structural blueprints, and material specifications for elite clients.
• Oversee site construction to ensure strict adherence to luxury design standards and premium craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, structural engineers, and private clients.
What We Are Looking For:
• 5-10+ years of experience exclusively or heavily focused on ultra-luxury residential architecture (palaces, estates, royal villas).
• A commanding portfolio demonstrating grand-scale classical, contemporary, or cultural palace architecture.
• Mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and advanced 3D rendering software.
• Strong communication skills to manage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and stakeholders.
