The complete dismantling of the existing site office/camp at the current location, loading and transportation of all materials and equipment to the new designated location, and complete reinstallation/assembly at the new site.
The works shall include:
- Complete dismantling of the existing office/camp.
- Careful removal of all structures, partitions, doors, windows, electrical items, plumbing fixtures, furniture, and other related materials.
- Loading, transportation, and unloading of all dismantled materials to the new location.
- Complete re-erection, installation, and assembly of the office/camp at the new location.
- Reconnection of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other required services.
- Necessary testing and commissioning after installation.
- Making good and ensuring the relocated office/camp is fully operational and ready for use.
