Requirements
🔹 10+ years of experience in exterior spaces and landscape maintenance
🔹 Minimum 5 years of Saudi experience
🔹 Proven experience managing maintenance departments or teams, including supervisors and technicians
🔹 Experience dealing with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
🔹 Fluent in spoken and written English
🔹 Experience in large or multi-site projects is preferred
Role Overview
Manage and lead the exterior spaces maintenance department and landscaping projects, including preventive and periodic maintenance, ensuring quality, productivity, and cost control across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and execute exterior spaces maintenance and landscaping works
✅ Maintain gardens, green spaces, trees, plants, and irrigation systems
✅ Maintain outdoor facilities: walkways, hardscape, water features, lighting, and outdoor furniture
✅ Prepare and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans, and address faults and operational observations
✅ Manage equipment, materials, and supplies for maintenance activities
✅ Lead work teams, supervisors, and technicians, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans
✅ Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to sites according to needs and priorities
✅ Monitor work quality and productivity, and manage operating, material, and equipment costs
