Roles and Responsibility In Piping
• Supervise and coordinate piping fabrication, erection, installation, and modification activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review piping isometric drawings, GA drawings, P&IDs, and piping layouts before starting site activities.
• Lead piping foremen, fitters, welders, riggers, and helpers to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
Roles and Responsibility In Pressure Vessel
• Scope of project and equipment.
• Inspection of fabricated items during different stages.
• Shop floor supervision and continuously improve the operation and clear the technical problems.
• WPS and PQR to be deployment at shop floor.
• Follow the standard ASME SEC-VIII DIV-1.
• Ensure all steps of production run efficiently.
• Read and analyze drawings and project documents to develop workflows and strategy.
• Work positively with support functions to fully define the processes / procedures / controls relevant to team activities.
• Knowledge of welding processes like SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW and GMAW.
• Minimize the reflection scrap control and cost saving by proper utilization of resources.
• Provides training and guidelines for team members to accomplish production goal.
• Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
• Track all materials, equipment, and labor, and report daily production figures.
• Develop process improvements to effectively equipment and materials to maximize production.
