Local hire only Riyadh, KSA
We're looking for a coordinator currently in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama to take our purchase orders from supplier confirmation to delivery at our warehouse: issuing POs, following up orders, handling shipping documents and customs clearance, and coordinating freight and delivery.
This is not a sourcing or buying role: suppliers are already selected.
Requirements:
- Currently in KSA with a valid, transferable Iqama (local transfer)
- 3+ years hands-on in import shipping documents and customs clearance in Saudi Arabia
- Prepares and checks Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / AWB and Certificate of Origin against the PO
- Works directly with customs brokers on FASAH and SABER
- Coordinates freight forwarders, shipping lines and delivery to the warehouse (sea and air, Incoterms)
- Issues POs to suppliers and follows up orders until receipt
- Fluent English, written and spoken; proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
What we're looking for:
- Strong follow-up: tracks every order until it reaches the warehouse and reports its status regularly
- Real-time follow-up with freight forwarders, suppliers and customs brokers
- Calculates lead times and works with management to choose the most suitable shipping method based on the item's importance and how urgently it is needed
- Takes full ownership of tasks with energy and focus
