I am applying for the Manager Accounting position at Esports Foundation. I bring nine years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, tax and audit across the GCC and UK. I am ACCA and CPA qualified and based in Saudi Arabia, and I am ready to relocate to Riyadh and join a team that is building something new in the esports domain.
Most recently, as Finance Manager at Finpro Consulting (Bahrain), I ran end-to-end accounting and finance operations for a portfolio of 50+ clients across multiple industries. I kept every reporting period fully IFRS-compliant with no material misstatements. That meant owning the month-end close and producing financial statements. It also meant delivering monthly MIS reports and performance reviews to owners and senior management, covering cost control and cash flow planning, so decisions rested on reliable numbers. I supervised accounting teams and reviewed junior staff output. I also developed accounting policies and tax-compliant processes that improved reporting accuracy and audit readiness.

Saudi regulatory environment: I work with the ZATCA/Fatoora e-invoicing framework (Phase 1 and 2), Saudi VAT, Zakat and Corporate Income Tax compliance. I also represented clients in NBR audits. This lets me keep the accounting function compliant with local requirements from day one.
Controls and process improvement: I have built finance controls and strengthened internal processes, cutting reporting risk and rework, and I look for cost-saving opportunities.
People leadership: I have supervised, coached and reviewed the work of accounting and audit staff throughout my career. I would bring that approach to developing your accounting team.
