The Sales Executive at European World Trading Company (EWC) is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to customers across designated regions and markets. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
o Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
o Present, promote, and sell EWC’s products and solutions to existing and prospective clients.
o Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions as needed.
o Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
2. Customer Relationship Management
o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
o Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
o Coordinate with the customer service and operations team to ensure timely deliveries and support.
3. Market Intelligence
o Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
o Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market strategy.
o Report on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, prospects, and closed deals using CRM tools or internal systems.
o Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
o Prepare and assist in preparing sales quotations, offers, and tender documents.
5. Product Knowledge
o Stay up to date with product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry trends.
o Participate in training sessions, exhibitions, and product launches organized by EWC or suppliers.
6. Team Collaboration
o Work closely with the sales team, logistics, accounts, and operations departments.
o Share customer insights and feedback to support product development and service improvements.
o Any other assignment and task allocated by the EWC management.
