We're opening a cozy tea tiffin restaurant in khobar serving authentic South Indian food and Hyderabadi Irani Chai. We need one skilled, reliable chef to run the kitchen from breakfast to dinner.
👨🍳 What You'll Cook
🌅 Breakfast: Idli, Dosa (plain, masala, onion, rava), Medu Vada, Upma, Pongal, Uttapam, with fresh chutneys and sambar
☀️ Lunch: Full South Indian Meals (rice, sambar, rasam, poriyal, kootu, curd, papad, pickle), plus Biryani and curries
🌙 Dinner: Parotta, Chapati, Dosa varieties, Chicken, Mutton and Veg curries, and Chef's Specials
☕ All Day: Irani Chai and light snacks
✅ Requirements
✔️ Currently in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama
✔️ Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in South Indian cooking
✔️ Must know how to make real Hyderabadi Irani Chai
✔️ Able to handle all 3 meals daily
✔️ Good hygiene, kitchen discipline and food safety awareness
