I am writing to apply for the position of Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer. I am a Civil Engineer (B.Tech) with over six years of experience in interior fit-out, and I am based in Jubail with a valid iqama and currently serving my notice period.
Joinery is a core part of my site experience. At Studio Titalia, I supervised custom millwork, walk-in closets and kitchen island systems on luxury villas and apartments, along with book-matched marble and stone flooring. I review IFC and shop drawings before execution to catch clashes early, check joinery quality against approved drawings, and coordinate the workforce and MEP subcontractors so that works stay on the master schedule.
My background also includes hospital fit-out at Clinicity, covering partitions, false ceilings, flooring, wall cladding and medical room finishes, where I coordinated with architects, consultants and MEP engineers. Earlier work as a draftsman and 3D visualizer means I read drawings closely and can prepare quantity take-offs, material requisitions and BOQ support myself. I raise Inspection Requests at key milestones and follow snag rectification through to handover and completion certificates.
