Over the last few years I have worked in human resources across four countries – Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Greece – and I would like to bring this international HR experience to your team.
Working in different labor markets and company environments has given me practical exposure to:
- HR operations: handling employee records, updating employee data and keeping files accurate and confidential.
- Attendance and leave: tracking check-in/check-out, absences and leave requests and keeping records up to date.
- HR systems: working with HR software and documentation, supported by strong MS Word and Excel skills from my earlier work as a Computer Operator (2+ years).
- Multicultural workforce: communicating clearly with employees and managers from different nationalities. I am fluent in English and Hindi, with intermediate Arabic.
I also know the Riyadh industrial environment first-hand from my work at Pepsi Company in the Second Industrial City and at Amazon (through TD Logistics), where I followed strict procedures, schedules and accuracy standards. I hold a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Narayanganj Polytechnic Institute, 2023) and Computer Operator and Machinist certificates.
