Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are urgently looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler / Designer, preferably with strong experience in Fire Fighting systems and previous project experience in Saudi Arabia, especially Riyadh.
Requirements:
- Good experience in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Experience in Fire Fighting BIM modeling and coordination
- Knowledge of sprinkler, fire hose, fire pump and related fire protection systems
- Experience preparing shop drawings, coordination drawings and BIM models
- Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection
- Ability to prepare BOQ/MTO when required
- Familiarity with Saudi project requirements, SBC and Civil Defense requirements
- KSA project experience is preferred
- Candidate should be currently available in Saudi Arabia
- Immediate/urgent availability preferred
