Supervise daily Meal Online operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and delivery teams for timely order completion.
Monitor online meal orders for accuracy, quality, and timely dispatch.
Supervise staff performance and allocate daily duties effectively.
Handle operational issues, customer requirements, and order discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in catering, food service, hospitality, or similar operations.
Strong supervisory, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently.
Basic computer and online order management skills.
Experience- 2-3 years
