Education: High school diploma, secondary education certificate, or equivalent.
Age: Minimum 23 years old.
Literacy & Language: Basic numerical and reading literacy (capable of reading batch numbers, SKU tags, and handheld terminals). Basic conversational proficiency in both Arabic and English.
2. Physical & Operational Capabilities
Physical Fitness: High stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift weights between 10–25 kg throughout a shift.
Speed & Agility: Strong spatial awareness to navigate warehouse aisles efficiently and meet target picking cycles.
Environmental Adaptability: Comfortable working in ambient, chilled, and freezer temperature zones.
Working Hours & Days :
Working Hours: 10 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
Days Off: 1 day off per week.
Total Cash Package: 1,200 SAR per month
Iqama Validity: Minimum 4 months required.
