We are looking for an experienced Logistics Engineer to manage and coordinate the movement of our concrete fleet and ensure timely deliveries to project sites.

* Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily concrete deliveries and fleet schedules.
- Manage the dispatch of transit mixers and concrete pumps.
- Coordinate with batching plants, drivers, customers, and site teams.
- Track vehicle movements and ensure efficient fleet utilization.
- Monitor truck turnaround time and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan suitable delivery routes based on site location, traffic, and accessibility.
- Coordinate material availability to support uninterrupted production and deliveries.
- Follow up on site requirements and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
* Candidate Requirements:
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in logistics, preferably in Ready-Mix or Construction.
- Strong experience in RMC dispatch and fleet coordination.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems, RMC dispatch software, and ERP systems.
- Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
