Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly alert, skilled, and professional Lifeguard to ensure the safety of our guests in and around the aquatic facilities. The ideal candidate will monitor pool/beach activities, prevent accidents, and provide immediate assistance or first aid when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor designated aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all guests and swimmers.
• Prevent injuries by enforcing safety rules, regulations, and pool/beach policies.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and administer First Aid or CPR as required.
• Inspect swimming areas, rescue equipment, and first-aid stations daily to ensure proper working order.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment around the pool decks and beach areas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries in a polite manner.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar water-safety role.
• Excellent swimming skills and high physical fitness levels.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly under pressure.
• Certifications (Highly Preferred): Valid Lifeguard / Rescue Certification from your home country AND a valid Lifeguard Certification issued in Bahrain.
