We are urgently looking for an experienced "Electrical Draftsman" for an ongoing large-scale Industrial Electrical Installation Project in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Work Location: Project Site Office – Jubail - Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman, preferably in industrial/factory projects.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and electrical drafting.
- Strong experience in preparing and modifying:
- Electrical shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Cable tray and cable ladder layouts.
- LV/MV cable routing and cable schedules.
- Lighting, power and earthing layouts.
- Electrical panel and equipment installation layouts.
- Cable trench and duct bank drawings.
- Ability to prepare Material Take-Offs (MTO), quantity calculations and material requirements from electrical drawings and BOQs.
- Good knowledge of preparing material lists for cable trays, ladders, conduits, cables, supports, fittings and accessories.
- Ability to understand SLDs, electrical layouts, technical specifications and vendor drawings.
- Experience in coordinating drawings with site engineers and other disciplines.
- Capable of preparing and updating drawings based on actual site conditions and incorporating client comments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for preparing MTOs, quantity summaries and material tracking sheets.
- Must be able to work independently at the project site office, coordinate with site execution teams and meet project deadlines.
- Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with *transferable Iqama* preferred.
- Immediate joining preferred.
