Open the Eastern Province market from a standing start — consultants, main contractors, facility management firms, building owners and developers
Carry out site surveys and traffic studies, size units against a building's population, and specify equipment
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for new lift supply, and for elevator and fire maintenance contracts
Take submissions through consultant and client approval, and through vendor registration with main contractors
Work with the group's technical team in Doha and with our manufacturing partner on equipment selection and pricing.
What we are looking for
Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, eligible for Saudi Council of Engineers accreditation — your certificate must be attestable or verifiable through Mosadaqa. Without SCE accreditation you cannot practise or renew an iqama, so we check this before we make an offer.
Five years or more in vertical transportation, fire systems or building services — sales, estimation or technical, and ideally a mix
You can read an architectural and an MEP drawing and take a quantity off it
GCC experience preferred; Saudi experience and an existing Eastern Province network is a strong advantage
Arabic is an advantage
Saudi driving licence, or eligible to convert one
