Specialized Construction Manager

Acompany seeking a high experienced Specialist Construction Manager , 7- 10 years experience m to lead complex high - raise building projectswith extensive concrete work components, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering fast- track construction projects on time and within budget while mauntaining the highest quality and safety standards.
The Key Responsibilities :-

* Oversee all phases of high - rise construction projects from mobilization through handover.
* Manage concrete work operations including formwork , reinforcement , pouring , and curing processes.
* Lead multidisiplinary teams across multiple work fronts simultaneously using parallel scheduling techniques.
* Coordinate with the design teams, subcontractors, suppliers , and takeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Implement fast - track construction methodologies where design and construction phases overlap.
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality control and HSE compliance.
* Make real- time decisions to resolve site issues and maintain project momentum .
* Ensure compliance with saudi construction codes, regulations, and building permits.
* Prepare and review progress reports, technical submittals, and project documentation.
