Coating qc supervisor, Insulation & Fireproofing Inspector with over 12 years of experience in Saudi Aramco projects industrial coating inspection across major oil & gas, NGL and petrochemical projects. Holds an active Saudi Aramco CC05 Coating Inspector qualification , along with BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 1 and Grade 2 certification and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training. Experienced in surface preparation, application monitoring and final inspection of liquid coatings, FBE, ARO, Belzona, concrete coatings, passive fireproofing (Chartek) and insulation on pipelines, offshore platforms, tanks, vessels and structural steel. Currently working as a Contractor QC Coating, Fireproofing & Insulation Inspector on the Riyas NGL Fractionation Facilities (PKG 1 & PKG 2). Proficient in applying Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SAEP) and international standards (ASTM, ISO, SSPC, AMPP/NACE). Skilled in preparing RFIs, ITPs, NCRs and inspection dossiers, and in coordinating with clients, contractors and third-party inspectors to deliver quality assurance and timely approvals.
