Requirements:
• Required Nationality Indian or Nepali
• Minimum 5 years of relevant GCC experience
• Proven experience as a Screwman / Screed Operator in asphalt paving
• Good knowledge of asphalt paving and screed operations
• Able to operate and adjust the screed during asphalt laying
• Able to work effectively with the paving crew
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on construction sites and flexible schedules
Job Responsibilities:
• Operate and control the screed during asphalt paving operations
• Set and adjust screed depth, width, and slope according to project requirements
• Monitor asphalt thickness, level, and smoothness during paving
• Coordinate with the Asphalt Paver Operator and paving crew
• Ensure proper asphalt distribution and finishing
• Monitor the quality of the asphalt surface during laying
• Identify and report any paving or equipment issues
• Follow all site safety and quality requirements
• Maintain and assist with proper care of the screed equipment
